Teng Lee Yein is an accomplished media executive with over three decades of leadership across Asia’s entertainment industry. She has held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President at Astro Overseas Limited, All Asia Multimedia Networks (UAE), Astro All Asia Multimedia Networks (HK) Pte.Ltd, P.T.Adi Karya Visi Indonesia and Executive Director, Ansat Broadcast (Berjaya Group), driving content strategy, programming initiatives and regional expansion. Her creative leadership extends to producing successful franchises including the 3AM horror movie & series (Thailand), over 20 awards winning shortfilms by rising Southeast Asian filmmakers and China-Malaysia co-production Southern Summer (in post-production). An influential industry figure, she served as Director of International Film Camp 2024 (IFC – Asian Film Awards Academy, Macau), Programming Director of the Hainan Island International Film Festival, and advisor to KOFIC (ARFO initiative, 2019–2022).
