This project aims to rediscover and showcase the captivating charm of Hong Kong cinema, and position Hong Kong as an iconic travel destination for film lovers.

First time in collaboration with Hong Kong Tourism Board, we have featured Thai actor Mario Maurer, Youth Ambassador of the 17th Asian Film Awards, in a promotional video honoring Hong Kong cinema. This project aims to rediscover and showcase the captivating charm of Hong Kong cinema, and position Hong Kong as an iconic travel destination for film lovers.

 

In the video, Mario takes on the roles of film protagonists, exploring iconic Hong Kong filming locations. He explained, ‘The most appealing aspect of Hong Kong films is that each one has its unique atmosphere, allowing viewers to step into a whole new world.’

 

During his exploration, Mario donned costumes and recreated scenes from Hong Kong classic films at various iconic spots. To experience Hong Kong’s cinematic side, watch the video and trace Mario’s footsteps!
