Key Responsibilities
● Design digital and print materials including key visuals, posters, brochures, event backdrops, social media graphics, EDM, etc
● Create brand-consistent visuals for AFAA’s campaigns and events across various platforms
● Collaborate with the program and marketing teams to develop design concepts
● Handle artwork preparation, retouching, and file delivery for both online and print use
● Assist in managing visual assets, including photos, videos, and archives
● Support ad-hoc creative and multimedia tasks when needed- Qualifications
● Diploma or above in Design/Media or a related field.
● 2–3 years of relevant experience in design/digital media or digital content marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
● Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects is a plus)
● Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and team spirit
● Detail-oriented, creative, and good time management skills
● Able to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
● Interest in film, arts, or cultural events is a big bonus.
This is a part-time position, working 2–3 days per week. The schedule can be discussed and arranged based on mutual availability.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
● Collaborate with Event Managers to identify new methods and strategies to expand the reach of our film programmes.
● Support the Event Marketing team in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy.
● Assist with the development and execution of events and projects.
● Manage budget for assigned projects.
● Support the field Event team.
Hospitality Management:
● Manage and coordinate hospitality for guests, including accommodations, transportation, catering, and guest relations
● Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each guest
● Inspect public areas prior to events and direct the custodial staff
● Assist in writing reports
● Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
● Providing administrative support as needed
- Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies, Comparative Literature, Communications, Film Studies, or a related field
● Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
● Proficiency in Multi-media software FB, IG; Video editing skill, Photoshop, Illustrator
● Ability to remain calm under pressure – ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
● Good verbal and written skills, including English, Cantonese & Mandarin; knowledge in Korean or Japanese is an advantage
● Strong organizational skills – good problem solving and prioritizing skills
● Familiarity with Asian cinema and the film industry is highly desirable
● Detail Oriented

Key Responsibilities
● To support marketing & events department in all areas, including publicity and advertising, media relations, digital marketing, events management, project coordination, hospitality and sponsorship
● To design a wide variety of artworks across digital and offline media
● To coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, editors, web designer, printing and production houses
● Assist in creating, compiling and exporting databases containing all information for each guest
● Assist with the development of events and projects
● Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from guests and participants
Qualifications
● Students who are pursuing their diploma, associate, bachelor or master’s degree in film, media, journalism, cultural, creative industry and translation related disciplines
● Hong Kong permanent resident
● Detail-minded, responsible, proactive, strong organization and analysis skills
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
● Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (knowledge of other Asian language is a plus)
● Working experience in film, arts or event-planning related field will be an advantage
● Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro is an advantage
● Knowledge of other Asian language(s) is an advantage
