The Asian Cinerama 2024 focuses on the theme of “Youth”, featuring a selection of coming-of-age films across Asia. For promotion, the Asian Film Awards Academy designed five different pins. Inspired by the visual language of cinema, the multi-coloured

designs symbolise the ever-changing world of film. The distinctive eye represents the watching experience, capturing the captivation of cinema.

The key visual draws inspiration from the image of mountains, a powerful symbol representing the perseverance and ambition of filmmakers and reflecting the unwavering determination of filmmakers as they strive to reach greater heights. Throughout the Masterclass and In Conversation with Filmmakers series, filmmakers from different regions and backgrounds come together on the AFA stage, blending their unique artistry to form an extraordinary cinematic landscape.

Official Souvenirs of Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation

The 2024-25 “Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation” was held in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Dubai, and Singapore. To promote the programme this year, the Asian Film Awards Academy specially selected six colours inspired by the unique characteristics of each location and produced a series of notebooks. Each notebook contains the “Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation” and AFAA logos, and AFAA trophy pattern.

Asian Film Awards Academy teams up with artists from Bangladesh, Hong Kong and Japan team for Cross-Media Art Collaboration

The Asian Film Awards Academy collaborates with Asian artists in a cross-disciplinary project extending the identity of AFA19 into the cityscape. The inaugural collaboration invites Bangladeshi artist Kazi Istela, Hong Kong artist toballki, and Japanese artist Risa Kuroda to create a themed artwork showcased at the 2024-25 Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation as limited-edition souvenirs, including postcards and sticker packs.

Official Souvenirs of Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation

The 2023-24 “Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation” is going to be held in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia and Dubai. For promotion, the Asian Film Awards Academy designed six different keychains showcasing the local characteristics as souvenirs. Each keychain contains the “Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation” and AFAA logos, and AFAA trophy pattern, with a symbol of the local characteristic respectively, such as Thailand’s Tuk-Tuk.

Asian Film Awards Academy and Vivian Ho team up for an Exclusive Project

With the aim to actively support and promote Asian films, Asian Film Awards Academy collaborated with Hong Kong renowned painter and illustrator Vivian Ho to create various Asian film-themed artworks with her distinctly unique style. Vivian Ho drew inspiration from more than 20 Asian films for the project, and created impressive artwork, which join together to form a full picture of the Asian film industry that tells its significance of the moment. Asian Film Awards Academy has selected some pieces of illustrations with different compositions as the design of premiums gifts.
