Rita TSE

An independent filmmaker based in Toronto, Canada. She earned a BFA in Film with a minor in Art & Culture Studies at Simon Fraser University. Her graduation film, EastBound (2004), was given the Norman McLaren Award offered by the National Film Board of Canada. She received her MFA in Film Production from York University. Her experimental films have been screened at various film and media arts festivals. She has also worked for the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society on different projects and cultural events.
