The Asian Film Awards Academy’s (AFAA) website was redesigned and reorganized. The enhanced and user-friendly website enables visitors to learn more about AFAA news, the Asian Film Awards (AFA), and other programs.

 

The website’s straightforward navigation bar allowed visitors to browse the entire site upon clicking in. The five columns NEWS, AWARDS, PROGRAMS, ACADEMY, and SPONSOR, along with the sub-menu, helped AFAA clarify its function and made it convenient for users to navigate what AFAA offers. The site offers fans the chance to experience AFA and AFAA events and features over 3000 photographs, covering 15 years’ collection of AFA highlights.

The updated webpage not only presents our history, ongoing program, and significant moments in an effective manner, and also allows both these potential stakeholders, AFA fans, and others to have a pleasant and enjoyable site visit. Likewise, the mobile-friendly version enables users to access our website using a variety of applications. Our site is available at any time and from any location regardless of the device.

The AFAA website was designed and developed to provide visitors with an immersive experience. Here, you can easily navigate the AFAA website without missing any information. In the upcoming years, AFAA will launch additional programs as well as provide updates, so please keep an eye on us. Correspondingly, without the support of Create Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Film Development Fund of the Hong Kong SAR Government, AFAA would be unable to offer a wide range of programs, achieve its objectives of fostering the next generation, and play a crucial role in promoting Asian films.

Meet the Filmmakers in Singapore During the Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation in Singapore, director Ho Cheuk Tin and the other filmmakers met with local film industry professionals in Singapore, including directors, producers, screenwriters, actors, and experts in the film and television field.
